The bag was ripped during shipping, resulting in the spill impacting both the interior of the trailer and the surrounding exterior area.

The crew staged an area for the freight with poly sheeting and started to offload the freight from the trailer. They wiped down the bottom of each pallet with universal pads, so the product waste would not affect other areas.
Once they reached the bladder bag, they put the empty bag inside of a 55-gallon OTP drum, to be disposed of as waste. They cut up the box, and placed the remnants into a second 55-gallon OTP drum, for waste disposal.

The crew pumped the liquid cleaner from the floor of the trailer.
They deployed oil dry on the remaining spill for absorption of the cleaner and then power washed the inside of the trailer.
The crew completed remediation on the inside of the trailer. They then pressure-washed the sides of the trailer exterior and the surrounding area.
The outside contaminated area was finished with the deployment oil dry to absorb the rest of the liquid waste from the ground. The impacted oil dry was scooped up and placed into 55-gallon OTP drums.
Once the remediation was completed, they pumped back all the chemical waste and water run-off into a 830-gallon tote.
The crew doffed their PPE and put them in a separate 55-gallon OTP drum, to be disposed of as waste.
This spill generated one 830-gallon tote and nine 55-gallon OTP drums; sealed, properly labeled, kept them on-site. Final photos were taken and remediation was approved.
